Stumbled onto your site via Twitter, interesting selections you have here. Was vaguely aware of this movie, and even though I believe Jennifer Garner is most definitely underrated (and I became addicted to Alias, which, like most shows I like, of course ended abruptly and incomplete), would've never thought of watching this movie.

Vienna Waits for You, however, is one of my favorite Billy Joel songs, and I have to say, it really does seem perfect for this scene.

(sigh) Adding to NetFlix! :)

I loved that movie. It was so sweet in such a simple way with an amazing message. I had completely forgotten that song was used in the movie. You know I am a huge Billy Joel fan and his music always moves me. Seeing it set to the scenes in the movie was very powerful considering the context.

I totally agree! we love this movie! It's BIG but with a twist. I think Jennifer Gardner is underrated. She was good in Juno, too!

It IS a great movie! One of our favorites. I forgot that song was in the movie. Wish I could pull out my Billy Joel CDs right now; alas...
